Hello everyone,
I am having an issue with this toolbox: I have ORCA FUSION USB3 card, all the drivers are in place and the camera is working with hamamatsu software (HCImage) but Matlab2018b does not see the camera. However everything is fine in Matlab2019a, which I however cannot use due to other hardware issues. I would appreciate an advice concerning this issue.
Thank you in advance,

Hi Vincent,

The Hamamatsu support package hosted on this page is compatible with MATLAB releases R2014a to R2019b only.

To use Hamamatsu adaptor with MATLAB releases R2020a or higher, you much install the adaptor from the Hamamatsu website.
Please refer to 'R2020a – current' section at the bottom of the following page for additional information.

Hi Joe,

What camera model are you using? Are there other interfaces the camera supports for triggering?

Joe Hsiao

To make this work In 2018b, I need to change the "Trigger Connector" property to "bnc" from the "Device property" tab in Image Acquisition Toolbox. The default value is "interface". I hope MATLAB will change the default value in the future version.

The code is

vid = videoinput('hamamatsu', 1, 'MONO16_2048x2048_FastMode');
src = getselectedsource(vid);
src.TriggerConnector = 'bnc';

but it does not work at 2018b.

Works great with ORCA D-II
