I have a model which i uploaded above. Real IGBT has t_on and t_off time intervals because of its switching moment on datasheet. But igbt model in simulink, like ideal switch devices. For example, in turn-on, voltage and current drop down instantaneously. Besides, in turn-off time, current doesn't drop directly but again voltage drops instantly. how can i do a real model for igbt? is there any solution about it?
Thank you.
