cont3d.m- produces a visualisation of a 3d - matrix.The matrix is treated as a number of 2d planes and contours procedure is produced in each plane. Example:

load wind
winds=u.^2+v.^2+w.^2;
cont3d(winds,[1 2],[2 3],[4 6],3,0.3,'a','x');
cont3d(winds,[1 2],[2 3],[4 6],3,0.3,'a','y');
cont3d(winds,[1 2],[2 3],[4 6],3,0.3,'a','z');
