This function implements a graphical user interface (GUI) to solve a set of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) that represent a target cell limited model of in-vitro viral and target cell dynamics. It takes as input the ODE model parameters and input files containing experimental data (viremia as well as target cell viability). It plots the numerically integrated solution of the ODE and the sum of squared residuals between experimental data and model solution. This routine plots both the in-vitro viremia titer and the target cell viability. The GUI conveniently takes in the values of the ODE parameters. There are tooltips and the user can hover the mouse over the text descriptions to get a detailed description.
