NOVAS is a library in C which was develop by USNO for doing positional astronomy. This submission generates matlab functions to interface with NOVAS as a shared library. A matlab interface function is generated for each NOVAS function with matching call sequences. This allow NOVAS to be used within matlab with its original documentation.
