Interactive app illustrating the 3-D visualization of the z-transform of a discrete-time pulse signal, and its relationship to the discrete-time Fourier transform (DTFT). The width of the pulse signal and the radius of the circular trajectory of the cutout on the z-plane may be varied. Magnitude of the z-transform X(z) may be viewed from different viewing angles. Requires R2014b or newer.
