DTM-2013 is intended to be used with input and output text files. After obtaining the required code and terms and conditions of use from Dr. Sean Bruinsma (link in help file), this wrapper function allows using a modified version of DTM-2013 from the command-line. Running the wrapper script from the MATLAB command-line uses the system command to call DTM-2013 from MATLAB.
