JB2008 is intended to be used with input and output text files. After obtaining the required code and terms and conditions of use from the JB2008 website (link in help file), this wrapper function allows using a modified version of JB2008 from the command-line. Running the wrapper script from the MATLAB command-line uses the system command to call JB2008 from MATLAB.
