steady state gain and filtered covariance for the Singer acceleration model
Beuzit's equations for the steady state Kalman gain and filtered error covariance matrix using Singer's acceleration model were reworked to obtain Fitzgerald's two parameter version. A function is provided, and a script regenerates Fitzgerald's results for comparison.
