when the altitude is changing.
Three input values: 'h0', 'h1' and 'v0'
One ouput value: 'v1'
h0: start altitude in meters
h1: end altitude in meters
v0: initial velocity
v1: velocity at h1

Additional output: Plot of velocity profile
