This program can take raw Laser speckle data and process it to a .mat file as 3d data. Any 3d data can therefore be loaded into the program where analysis of the data take place. This include Fourier and Difference Mapping, ROI analysis, smoothing, cropping, visualization and the possibility to save figures and changes as a new .mat file that can be loaded again later.
