Hi Liming,
Nice program. Initially, you search through all potential figure numbers from 1 to 1000 but you do not need to do this. Instead, you can use the command

fh = findobj('Type', 'Figure')

fh will be an Nx1 array of all the figure handles. If you want, you can then sort these handles.

How to use it: whenever you want to bring all of your figures to the front, type bring_figure_front (note that remember to use tab for auto-fill) in your command window
