Adjusted Local Connectivity

ALC: a dynamic fMRI connectivity toolbox for single-subject validation

You are now following this Submission

Adjusted Local Connectivity (ALC) is an easy-to-use MATLAB based graphical user interface toolbox, based on the in-house developed measure of Dynamic Regional Phase Synchrony (Omidvarnia et al., 2016, Human Brain Mapping, 37(5),1970-1985).
The aim of ALC is to detect single subject differences between a clinical subject (validated in focal epilepsy), compared to multiple healthy people - we include several options of time-varying changes in local connectivity (mean, variance, power spectral density and entropy).
The user needs a 4D pre-processed fMRI data file for a single clinical subject, and multiple healthy controls - in addition to a binary grey matter (or region of interest mask).
