Finds new coeffitients of transformed 3rd degree polynomial in x axis. New polynomial can be produced as compressed or expanded.
P is coefficients of the polynomial and size of 1x4 which is form of
P(x)=a3*x^3+a2*x^2+a1*x+a0
xi is interval of the polynomial and size of 1x2 | x(1) < x(2)
xn is interval of new polynomial and size of 1x2 | xn(1) < xn(2)
