Sourav Mondal
Poisson-point distribution is used to generate Urban, Suburban and Rural population distribution.
In many wireless and optical communication network model analysis, it becomes essential to validate mathematical models over urban, suburban and rural areas. Most often, actual demographic data remain unavailable. As an alternative, Poisson distributed demographic data can serve the purpose, as all the points are generated considering mutual independence.
