Motor threshold estimation

For an estimation of the motor threshold in electrophysiological experiments

This function helps to estimate the motor threshold, which is defined from the results of cortical stimulations, such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), cortical surface stimulation, direct electrical stimulation, and intracortical microstimulation.
