Although the disturbance observer (DOB)-based controller has been extensively applied and various theoretical results on the DOB have been presented, the exclusive, user-friendly, and unified tool for the computer-aided design of DOB has been out of existence.
In this regard, DO-DAT is introduced. DO-DAT is the toolbox which helps users design the conventional DOB that guarantees the robust stability of the DOB-controlled closed-loop system. By DO-DAT, users can obtain the nominal performance recovery with a proper bandwidth of Q-filter as far as they desire.
Users can download the toolbox, install in the MATLAB, and enter DO_DAT in the command window to use the function of this toolbox. All suggestions, comments, and bug reports are welcomed.
