Could you put your ori and lab to somewhere? For example google drive. I do as you guide, but when I put some images (to ori) and ground truth (to lab) from kitware dataset, It ran to error!
I will change the rating if the programming can work correctly !

Didn't work! If you put skin lesion there, It didn't segment anything
