Given/Inputs:
data = vector of data,
dx = +/- difference from the mean,
n = number of elements
Computes/Outputs:
x = data vector range from mean-dx to mean+dx with n elements
y = normal distribution function
A = area under the curve from mean-dx to mean+dx
