This algorithm estimates an integer and a fractional FOPDT model and scans in a predefined interval the value of the fractional order alpha to minimize the error.
The main code is the file "FractionalOrderScanningCode", that calls the two function in order to fit the data and estimate an integer order and a fractional order model. A figure with the obtained results is also attached.
The algorithm is editable changing the defined initial function with data acquired from a real system in order to identify a fractional order model.
