Hurwitz Matrix

Computes the Hurwitz matrix for a given polynomial. The principal minors are also computed.

H = hurwitz(P) returns the Hurwitz matrix H associated with the
polynomial whose coefficients are specified by P in descending powers.
[H, DELTA] = hurwitz(P) also returns DELTA, a column vector containing
the leading principal minors of H, commonly called the Hurwitz
determinants.
Example:
syms K
P = [1, K, 2, 5];
[H, DELTA] = hurwitz(P)
