The Log Linear Method M-file is to predict coal mine death count.
Coal mine accidental death rate is related to the increasing of production or cutting of funding with man power which are percentage proportional. As such, we mapped death rate into log scale, converted into additive step down, and using linear model to predict the next five year death count, and then map and round it back to prediction of reality coal mine worker risk of life.
