Centers all open figures on specified screen number (for multiple displays). Added an optional scaling factor for quick resizing of figures

Had issues where my figures would open outside of the screen - especially in cases where i stored figures in a .mat file to keep them together with the data. This function provides an easy and quick-to-use method of centering figures on the screen of your choosing.

Usage:
centerFigures()
centerFigures(screenNum,scaling)
where
screenNum is the screen number recognized by windows,
scaling is the factor for which the size of the figure windows should be scaled. For unscaled repositioning, use scaling=1 or omit it entirely.
