Automatic breast density segmentation from digital mammography

This is an implementation of automatic breast density segmentation based on the morphological area gradient (MAG) method [1]. For additional functionalities including breast segmentation, chest wall detection, ROI detection and feature extraction, please refer to OpenBreast [2]. For a demo, simply execute "runme" at the Matlab prompt.
