Tumor Segmentation in Breast MRI images. I used the RIDER database in this project.
Three clustering-based algorithms used for image segmentation:
1- fuzzy c-means (FCM)
2- k-means
3- optimized k-means by cuckoo search optimization (CSO) algorithm
