Very basic data analysis and visualization on the spread of the COVID-19 virus in Italy based on the dataset published by the Italian National Service, includes single region analysis.
An internet connection is needed to download the official data from https://github.com/pcm-dpc/COVID-19

The live script does not work. Can you please re-upload it? Thank you
does this apply to other countries ?
complimenti e ottimo lavoro.
Saluti e grazie.
@Actuary onfire, the live script needs to be run once to download the data before you can start using the sliders
I've been trying to use the script but there are many instances of ''' which throws up a syntax error. Is this script supposed to be run?
Great job! Nice examples of how non-linear fitting works.
Added an option for a moving mean data preprocessing
Beautified date output
The dataset used to download the data changed the date format, which breaks older code. This update adjusted for that, I will soon fix the ugly output.
Refactored some code for extra efficiency
Updated markdown preview
More data visualization regarding derivatives and confidence intervals
Better behavior with the Windows filesystem
Improved data visualization
Slightly better initial parameter extimation, doesn't break with older data.
Slightly improved mathematical model to achieve more responsiveness
More sensible naming
More analysis on the derivative of the increase
