Particle Filter Prognosis algorithm evaluation metrics

It runs a Particle Filter and get quantitive metrics in terms of correctness, timeliness and computational cost.

This scripts contains the code used to obtain 7 quantitative metrics that allows a complete evaluation of a stochastic prognosis algorithm applied on a lithium ion battery Remaining Useful Life problem. It applies the evaluation methodology described on the paper "STILL UNDER REVIEW" on a Particle Filter algorithm.
It requires a previous parametrization and selection of some different aspects of the Particle Filter.
