Writes all features of the ImageJ binary roi file format (*.roi) as specified by ij.io.RoiDecoder. Default settings allow writing of 'freehandline' and 'freehandselection' roi types with minimal user input. Code can be easily extended to replace default values as desired. Useful for transferring coordinate lists generated in Matlab directly into ImageJ *.roi files.
