Sidereal angle is the angle between the vernal equinox and the Greenwich Angle. Apparent Sidereal time is the Local mean sidereal time plus a longitudinal offset based on the nutation of the earth.
Necessary for calculating position information when switching between multiple reference frames.
Users must set the timezone in which they operate within the function.
The function calculates the Mean Sidereal Time and Apparent Sidereal Time.
