"Simple" Heat Exchanger(TL) using Simscape

A simple heat exchanger problem between two thermal liquids using Simscape. The calculations are based on the E-NTU method.

I feel this is a good starting point to start learning Simscape. I struggled quite a bit trying to solve this "simple" heat exchanger problem. So, to help other people struggling like me, I have tried to make it as simple and as detailed as possible. Please take a look at the pdf file which details the problem I am trying to solve here and also the results.
Modeling using Simscape is a learning curve and the devil is in the details. So I would recommend everyone trying to learn to solve the problem manually first using hand calculations before starting with the model.
