This is the code used in the manuscript titled "Machine learning models for predicting non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in the general United States population".
File 1 is for training and testing machine learning models.
File 2 is for calculating NAFLD indices and test them in the testing data.
File 3 is for visualizing machine learning models that had decision trees.
