Discrete Asexually Reproducing Population Simulator 2
This is the DARPS2.m source code used to run simulations for the following paper:

4 source files are included:
1) DARPS2.m: this is the main population simulator
2) ComputeNetRelativeGrowthRates.m: this defines the growth rate parameters for the specific strains in the PLoS Pathogens paper
3) SampleDARPS2Driver.m: this demonstrates a single call to DARPS2 using the parameters specified.
4) SampleDARPS2BatchDriver.m: this demonstrates a series of calls to DARPS2 under various treatment regimes.
