Compilable uisetcolor object
This code is mainly to solve the problem that (~R2021a) uisetcolor cannot be compiled into a standalone executable file at this stage.
The color can be adjusted by directly clicking on the color palette or entering a value (0-255) in the RGB editfield, and the output is a normalized RGB value (0-1)
