This function generates circle mesh
[Nodes, Triangles, Quads]=Circle_Mesh(R,Nr,Nt)
[Nodes3D,Prisms,Bricks] = Mesh2D_to_Mesh3D(Nodes,Triangles,Quads,zz)
input:
R: radius
Nr: Number of mesh in radial direction
Nt: Number of mesh in tangent direction
zz: Vector for grid at direction z of size (Nz,1)
output:
Nodes3D (Nz*(Nr*Nt+1),3) is a matrix of coordinates of the mesh nodes.
Prisms((Nz-1)*Nt,6) is a matrix of nodes connectivity for prism mesh in right hand rule direction.
Bricks((Nz-1)*(Nr-1)*Nt,8) is a matrix of nodes connectivity for brick mesh in right hand rule direction.
