面向时间序列的异常检测

复杂系统中的异常状态，可能难以通过机理建模、统计过程控制或频域分析等方法直接识别。从多通道传感器采集的海量时间序列数据中挖掘关键特征信息，识别潜在异常模式，首选的方案一般是有监督的机器学习算法，根据含标签的数据集，构建分类学习模型区分系统中的正常和异常行为。但是，如果异常数据和正常数据的样本量不均衡，甚至没有先验的标签时，则需要考虑使用无监督或半监督的异常检测方法。

本演讲将结合具体示例，介绍在MATLAB®中如何实现面向时间序列的异常检测方法。
