Requirements for Using MATLAB Grader
These requirements are for instructors and content authors. If you are a learner, go to Enroll and Solve Problems.
You need a MathWorks® Account to create content, make courses and assignments, run MATLAB® Grader™ hosted courses, and integrate with an LMS using MATLAB Grader. If you do not have one, you can create one at https://www.mathworks.com/login.
To use the full features of MATLAB Grader, you need:
Either of these licenses:
A professional or academic license for MATLAB that is current with MathWorks Software Maintenance Service. For more information about the benefits of Software Maintenance Service, visit MathWorks Software Maintenance Service.
A license for MathWorks learner-use software. This license does not require Software Maintenance Service.
A MathWorks Account linked with one of those licenses.
Next, follow these steps to link your license with your account:
On the MathWorks website, sign in to your MathWorks Account. If you are already signed in but not on your account page, click your user icon and then click My Account.
Click Link an additional license and follow the instructions.
All products are available to use for autograding. See Create a Course to Run in MATLAB Grader.
If you have a MATLAB license that is expired, you cannot continue to use MATLAB Grader. To renew your license or purchase a new one, contact Sales.
For a list of browsers supported by MATLAB Grader, see Cloud Solutions Browser Requirements.
MATLAB Grader is available in English (default), Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish versions.
The rich text editors in MATLAB Grader (for example, problem descriptions and learner instructions) support any language that can be expressed using UTF-8 encoding.
Not all features have multiple language support. The following features are in English only:
Problem collection content
Errors and warnings
MATLAB Grader, in both Hosted and LMS integrations, supports localization for all browsers specified in Cloud Solutions Browser Requirements.
To display MATLAB Grader in a language other than English, that language must be the top language in your browser language list. If that language is already at the top of your list of languages, or it is the only language listed, you do not need to make any changes.
To add a language to your browser language list, follow the instructions for your specific browser.
