How do I choose the Create_Processor_In_the_Loop_project option in Embedded IDE Link VS 2.0 (R2008a)?

In the "A Code Generation Workflow" demo for Embedded IDE Link VS, step 2 under task 2 states:
Under Real-Time Workshop > Embedded IDE Link VS, select "Create_Processor_In_the_Loop_project" from the "Build action" list.
This option does not seem to appear.

For the "Create_Processor_In_the_Loop_project" option to be available on the "Build action" list, you must select "vdsplink_ert.tlc" as the system target file in the Real-Time Workshop configuration parameters.
PIL processing requires the system target file "vdsplink_ert.tlc."
