For R2013b and earlier, MATLAB can not be downloaded through the MathWorks installer itself as in later releases.
To download MATLAB for R2013b and earlier:
  1. Go to the following URL: https://www.mathworks.com/downloads
  2. Log in to your MathWorks account if prompted.
  3. In the Select Release pane on the left side of the page, click on Show More. Afterwards, click on Show All.
  4. Click on the release you wish to download.
  5. Now, in the middle of the page, you should see a list of Products to download. To select which operating system you wish to download these packages for, you can change the Platform on the right side.
Once you have your Platform selected, you can then follow the Installation Instructions that are located below the Product list.

The direct link to the installer includes a unique session identifier, so even if I posted it, it would not be usable by you.
You should visit https://www.mathworks.com/downloads . If you are authorized to download old releases, then on the left hand side there will be a column marked "Select Release". For R2013a or R2013b, you might need to click on a "more" link at the end of the list.
It is possible that you are not authorized to download older releases.
