Problem using s-function file in simulink

Hello every1, I have made a s-function for simulating in simulink. The model is of a drum boiler. It has got 4 inputs and 11 outputs, The input argument are are [57;8.5;0.051;4.9]. I have checked the code using ODE45 and it works perfectly. I am not being able to simulate the model in simulink. Everytime some new error is shown. The S function is attached below with the simulink model file. Please ignore any silly mistake,I am new to simulink :-) any help will be more than appreciated.I m bored of hearing the "ting' sound
