Undefined function 'etapar' for input arguments of type 'cell'.

Hello,
I was running the simulink model of solar PV system was which perfectly simulated when I made it but now I am facing such kind of error that:
"Previously accessible file C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2016a\toolbox\physmod\powersys\powersys\private\etapar.p is now inaccessible".
I didn't even make any changes in my PC before running the simulation after making the model for the first time.
I use the following command in order to get the problem solved:
rehash toolboxcache
But after that one, I got a new error:
"Undefined function 'etapar' for input arguments of type 'cell'".
Kindly guide me for solution to this problem.

Hello Arslan,
it looks like something about your installation got corrupted or permissions were changed on your computer. I would try reinstalling that toolbox (power sysetms) or reinstalling all of matlab. Also, you are using an old verison and should get access to a new version if you have up to date licenses. If that doesn't work, you should contact technical support for assistance.
Regards,
Joel
