The idea of this forum is to share solutions. The contributors spend their time an energy to create a huge database for searching. Sending solutions by email does not support this. Therefore it is ulikely, that you get help on this way.

The readers will assume that you have asked an internet search engine for "compare arithmetic and Huffmann coding" already. Which detail of this topic is not explained well enough in the found links? It is not efficient, if you let use guess, what is still unclear.

Man further codes are found, if you ask an internet search engine for "Matlab Huffman" and "Matlab arithmentic encoding". Please do this before you ask.
