Hi,
I am having trouble with installing MatLab on my personal computer. I have a license through my university, and I have no problem with downloading and running the installer. It's just that after I have run the installer, I cannot find a way to open the atcual application, I can only start the installer once again. Does someone know how to help me?

Which OS?
if Linux, then assuming your installer put matlab's install directory as /usr/bin/MATLAB/R2021b, you would open a terminal and run:
$ /usr/bin/MATLAB/R2021b/bin/matlab
Windows has start-menu entries
Can't speak for Mac OS

Please Contact Support for the most reliable help for installation problems.
The installer should create a desktop icon (at least on Windows machines), and clicking on that should launch MATLAB. I believe that is an option in the installer that must be specifically selected. (I have no idea how this works on Linus or Apple operating systems, since I hgave no experience with them.)
