Accessing Documentation issue online

I am part of a university and use Matlab from university. I have been trying to access documentation related to compiler (2014b and old) and for everything I get

To see documentation for this product, you need to have the product on your license.

This is not for compiler but for anything in matlab. What shall I do (or) what I need to do? My license is a server!

This means you need to be set as licensed user of that license. You can request that through your MathWorks Account. Your administrator needs to take action on that.
