sir, i have done this project as my final year project .
now i want to know how to input a new image to database.

You can use a webcam, now even without the Image Acquisition Toolbox if you use the new webcam package: http://www.mathworks.com/support/2014a/matlab/8.3/demos/webcam-support.html
