How to perform EMD analysis on google trend data.

I have downloaded a google trends data based on diseases. I have plotted the scatter plot of this dataset which I have attached.

And after taking a mean for 1D and replotting again: I get this kind of plot!

Now I don't know how to do EMD analysis? Can someone help me!

What is EDM? All I know is "Euclidean Distance Map" which is done by bwdist. The CSV file is a 2-d matrix. What dimension did you take the mean over? Your dates in your plot has many, many more dates than the 9 dates in the file. Why?
