Forgot pin for MATLAB R2022b installation

Hello - I am trying to install MATLAB R2022b and am prompted to enter my pin when double clicking "InstallForMacOSX". None of my typical pin numbers are working. I've tried my license key as well. I've contacted tech support at MathWorks and they claimed it was not their lane. I then contacted Apple Tech support and they said it wasn't their lane as well. Any suggestions or ideas?

Are you using your company or school's license or are you using a license you purchased yourself? If the former, check with your company or school's IT department (whoever maintains the software licenses for that organization.) If the latter, I believe you should have been sent an email with instructions on how to download and install the products. If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder to see if it was accidentally caught.

I am using a license provided through Embry Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide campus. I have tried the both the license number provided to me and the master license and both were unsuccessful.
