Add streamlines to a quiver plot

Hi, i ran a cfd simulation and i'm trying to compare the results to the ones obtained using PIV in the lab. What i have in matlab is a matrix n by 4, with the columns being the x position, y position, x velocity and y velocity of the n points measured. I used quiver and ended up with the attached image. I would like to know if it is possible to draw the streamlines with the data i have and end up with an image like the one in the link. http://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/streamline.html

Just a note, this is not the experiment im doing, its just someting i did using solidworks flow sim. to see if i could do the mapping using matlab.
