add-ons explorer

Hello. I want to download Matlab R2019b toolbox. But when I enter add-ons explorer, I get this error. Can you please help?

You will need to use the regular installer, if you do not have software maintenance service.

How? No process happens when you click on software maintenance on that page.

Visit https://www.mathworks.com/downloads/ . On the left side, click on R2019b . Then in the middle, click to download the MATLAB installer for your operating system. When that installer has downloaded, execute it on your system to run the installer. When you follow the installation steps, you will be a stage that allows you to select what is to be installed; you can un-check MATLAB and check all toolboxes that you want to install.

If the downloads page does not offer anything other than the latest MATLAB, or does not offer to allow you to download anything at all, then you might be using an educational license or you might be under a business license; if you are not the person who purchased the license then the license holder might have disallowed downloads. If so then you will need to get the installer from your IT people.
