numerator = 2 * (s + 1) .* (s - 2);
denominator = (s + 2) .* (s + 3) .* (s - 1);
H = numerator ./ denominator;
numerator = 5 * s .^ 2 + 15 * s + 10;
denominator = 5 * s .^ 4 + 7 * s .^ 3 + 20 * s .^ 2 + 24 * s;
G = numerator ./ denominator;
