Why doesn't DSP System Toolbox appear in Simulink?

This is likely because DSP System Toolbox is not installed. In the MATLAB Command Window, run the command "ver" without quotation marks. This will list the products you have installed. If DSP System Toolbox does not appear, then this means it is not installed and it needs to be before it will appear in Simulink.
